This position provides strategic partnership to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives. The incumbent will proactively assess, analyze, and identify talent needs within assigned business units, and provide guidance in these areas, including, but not limited to: organization structure, succession planning, and employee performance, development, and engagement. The incumbent will also deliver value through the analysis of talent metrics, and the creation of action plans to address areas of opportunity discovered through these data. The incumbent will also build partnerships across the Talent division to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged to fulfill the identified talent needs and business objectives. Forms partnerships with the HR Programs group to develop the related programs and with the HR Operations group on implementation and administration.
Contribute to business strategy in assigned areas by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Review talent metrics for assigned business units, and identify areas of opportunity based on business unit key performance indicators, organizational strategies, and industry best practices
Provide thought partnership and guidance related to talent management and organizational needs of assigned business units; As needed, partner with various talent division resources within Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure appropriate solutions/remediation delivered to business units
Support business unit leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements, including succession planning; Facilitate long-term talent management initiatives aligned with the business unit's strategies and plans
Promote strong leadership and coaching culture throughout assigned business units
Guide leaders and staff through organizational changes, ensuring application of change management principles and best practices
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs; discuss potential solutions with talent division leadership
Design and deliver enterprise talent solutions to the business units in conjunction with Talent COE
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation for related business unit projects and initiatives
Assist business unit leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with business needs and with current and future performance management standards
Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Eight (8) years of Human Resources or line management experience, with prior experience as an HRBP strongly preferred.
HRBP experience supporting a contact center strongly preferred.
Organizational Design and Diagnosis experience preferred.
Relevant industry experience preferred.
