The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $76,186- $95,233
HR Budget Analyst
Education & Experience Required:
Skills/Abilities:
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of HR SAP, SAP Financials.
Excel expert with capacity to use Macros and complex excel formulas
Ability to create dashboards for financial metrics reporting
Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and work with time sensitive payment processes

JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work
This position is located in Orange CT.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1.Provide analytical support for HR financial information and processes related to HR External Services, Headcount reporting and other functional costs using SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and other dashboard reporting tools.
2.Work closely with HR budget coordinators to assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, monitor budget availability and existing commitments of HR functional costs.
3.Prepare analysis reports for Avangrid Headcount including variance explanations.
4.Provide monthly and periodical support for HR related accounting processes and rate case inquires.
5.Collaborate with the corporate finance/control team to provide accurate and timely budget information including allocations between operating companies and business areas.
6.End to end processing of HR vendor payments for all Avangrid companies. Initiate, execute, monitor and report on expenditures and payment processing for a range of vendors, request budget transfers, resolve errors and process payments.
7.Provide variance analysis on assigned vendors budget for review and submission to HR Leadership.
8.Execute a continuous improvement approach to vendor management
9.Support the HR Teams by participating in projects, assisting with business evaluations, and providing coverage to related teams.
