The Human Resources Admin contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the development of a superior workforce. This position will provide administrative support to the HR department and will provide a wide range of operational and employee-service driven initiatives. The HR Administrator will assist the entire team in the efficient operation of the HR function and all other projects as assigned. As with all human resources matters and functions, this position maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality and ensures functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Perform data entry and prepare reports using HRIS and ADP.
Maintain HRIS data within ADP and ensure all files are complete and organized.
Assist with New Employee Orientation preparation and facilitation.
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication.
Build positive employee relations by proactive communication, prompt issue resolution and fair and equitable treatment.
Partner with the HR team to deliver annual Human Resources initiatives as defined in the Annual Operating Plan.
Administer, coordinate, participate and/or assist with projects and activities.
Greets HR visitors and callers with warmth and enthusiasm, directing them as necessary and/or dispersing information to appropriate personnel.
Types and proofreads department reports, filings with governmental agencies, etc. May assist in the compiling of data for department reports.
Requisitions and maintains office supplies for department.
Support employment-related matters in partnership with the corporate functions including Staffing, Onboarding and Assimilation, Immigration, and Relocation.

Technical proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and concise communicator.
Experience working with exempt and non-exempt client groups (manufacturing client groups preferred).
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
Must be willing and able to work from multiple locations (Springfield, OH and Eaton, OH) as required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources department or position.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Executive Administrative assistant.
