The Human Resources Assistant will provide full support to company employees under the direction of the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resources related issues.

  • Receives, documents, and assists with incoming employee relations issues.

  • Documents discipline requests and corrective process actions.

  • Assists in coordinating and conducting HR-related training for all employees as needed.

  • Enter and maintain employee data into the human resources information system, training database and timekeeping system.

  • Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new and rehires.

  • Assists and supports employees in administrative HR related matters.
