Job Title: HR Assistant opening in RALEIGH, NC - interviews now!

This position will provide support in the human resources department, which will include recruitment and employment, personnel records, scheduling interviews, new hire orientations, and various recruitment activities.

  • Mon-Fri: 8:00am
  • 5:00pm
  • Competitive pay $19.30/hour

  • May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Intermediate or better skill set using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

  • Prior HR and/or recruiting experience is preferable.

  • Full time

VIEW JOBS 1/14/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-14T00:00 A Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator) shall be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries - from both internal and external customers. Refers queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team. Takes responsibility for the day to day administration duties within the HR department. The position requires profound knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures in order to communicate information involving programs, functions, and services. * Establishes and maintains a strong support/partnering relationship with the relevant client group(s). * Assists on-boarding activities (e.g. benefit enrollment). * Schedules the HR New Employee Orientation (HR NEO) for new employees on a regular/need base. * Supports employees and managers in administrative HR matters/queries/request. * Assists in resolving less complex issues/routine queries and refers difficult or complex complaints/requests/queries to his/her functional manager. * Maintaining and updating (employee) records in HR database(s). * Supports internal HR audits. * Issues contractual documents (employment contracts, addendum letters, etc). based on approved Personal Action Form (PAF) in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines. * Completes employment verifications and/or reference letters. * Files all returned/issued personal documents as per established rules (online and/or paper trail). * Provides reports to the team and/or management on a regular/need basis. * Schedules exit interviews for voluntary terminations. * Maintains close contact to the relevant country payrolls. * Supports the organization of companywide events. * Schedules, prepares, performs and documents exit interviews for voluntary terminations. * Schedules and performs the HR New Employee Orientation (HR NEO) for new employees on a regular/need base. * Compiles data and prepares reports. * Takes ownership for HR related documents and ensures that the annual update is performed. * Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate. * May act as a project manager for HR administrative projects. * Identifies areas of improvement for administrative HR processes and articulates constructive solutions. Minimum Qualifications * Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required. * Excellent ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study. * Senior level administrative experience.
