We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented remote Hubzone Program Coordinator to join our HR team to manage our internal SBA Hubzone Program.In this role, you will be responsible for managing our ongoing SBA Hubzone Program compliance initiatives, completing internal Hubzone audits,  managing all recruiting efforts for Hubzone positions, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.Organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to effectively work independently will be a large part of this role. Candidates will be expected to have strong communication skills in a remote setting to ensure the team is always kept up-to-date on Hubzone compliance status.   • Hubzone Compliance Management:
    • Ensure Que Technology Group maintains and meets all SBA Hubzone Program personnel requirements, to include managing internal databases, employee ID verification requirements, Hubzone employee monthly hours, and ongoing maintenance of 35% Hubzone employee requirements.
    • This will include communicating with internal stakeholders on the team keeping everyone updated on Hubzone numbers and collaborating on compliance requirements.
  • Hubzone Pipeline Candidate Management:
    • Maintain organized and prioritized pipeline of candidates based on specific qualifications and requirements to submit to hiring manager.
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Hubzone pipeline candidates to keep a robust Hubzone pipeline when hiring needs arise.
  • Auditing and Reporting:
    • Conduct monthly internal audits to verify Hubzone compliance and accuracy of Hubzone records.
    • Supporting the team, from the employee records standpoint, by gathering documentation when the SBA Hubzone program requests recertification information or audit compliance documents.
  • Recruitment Management:
    • Lead Hubzone recruiting efforts for interns, part-time employees, and intern management roles when actively recruiting.
    • Screen applicants and pipeline candidates to ensure they meet Hubzone program requirements and submit to hiring manager for approval to interview.
    • Complete Hubzone candidate interviews and submit hiring recommendations after interviews.
  • General HR Support:
    • Assist with additional HR duties as assigned, to include recruiting, onboarding, document management, corporate events, and other duties as assigned.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to support overall departmental goals and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR administration, compliance, or recruiting.
  • Excellent, proactive communicator to be able to collaborate with team in a remote setting.
  • Fast learner who can easily grasp complex concepts and apply critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with SBA Hubzone program regulations and compliance requirements and other small business certifications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to conduct thorough audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Online, Excel Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.)
Position Information:
  • $15.00/hour 
  • 15 hours per week
  • Flexible hours Mon-Fri
  • Location: Remote work - Must have a permanent home address in the states of MD or GA
Candidates must meet the following requirements: 
  • Must have a permanent address in a HubZone area and must provide address verification documents 
  • Meet 15-hour per week commitment 
  • 60 hours per month requirement 
  • Meet weekly report deadlines by 5pm each Friday 
  • Submit timesheets by due date on a bi-weekly basis
