PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of your job is to assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Associate's degree, preferred
Minimum one year applicable work experience required
Communication Skills- Effective observation/listening skills to anticipate the needs of internal/external customers and deliver the highest standard of customer service. Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with others across all levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect.
Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds an levels within and external to the organization.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
