Responsible for supporting HR processes and maintaining the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and supporting HR with employee data entry, data collection, data analysis, records retrieval, system access, system upgrades, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates, analyzes, and maintains employee data
Drive analysis, research and documentation of business requirements, problems and solutions
Communicates with payroll and field HR regarding any changes in information or data inaccuracy for all North America business units and their employees
Audits source documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance of approvals according to company policies and procedure
Implement new/improved processes, strategies, technologies and practices for HR
Maintain a suite of existing applications i.e. WorkForce Now, OpenHire, RedCarpet, GreenLight
Support documenting processes, test procedures and creating training for the HR users
Provide assistance in performing process re-engineering in order to streamline processes and capitalize on best practices
Creates and distributes data management reports on regular and ad hoc basis using system tools like, Excel
Test new HR technology, functionality, interfaces and security parameters
Primary contact for HR systems questions and/or issues with HR, managers and employees
Works closely with HR, IT and Payroll to perform periodic data audits to ensure accurate, consistent, and current information including identifying and resolving discrepancies
Works with software vendors as assigned to implement and configure new systems, maintain existing systems, manage system upgrades and troubleshoot issues
Participates in other cross-functional process improvement projects as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience:
Associates degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years HRIS data processing background with ad hoc report writing capabilities.
Working knowledge HRIS systems preferably ADP's WorkForce Now.
Prior experience with applicant tracking, learning management and electronic onboarding systems preferred.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
