Responsible for supporting HR processes and maintaining the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and supporting HR with employee data entry, data collection, data analysis, records retrieval, system access, system upgrades, and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates, analyzes, and maintains employee data

  • Drive analysis, research and documentation of business requirements, problems and solutions

  • Communicates with payroll and field HR regarding any changes in information or data inaccuracy for all North America business units and their employees

  • Audits source documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance of approvals according to company policies and procedure

  • Implement new/improved processes, strategies, technologies and practices for HR

  • Maintain a suite of existing applications i.e. WorkForce Now, OpenHire, RedCarpet, GreenLight

  • Support documenting processes, test procedures and creating training for the HR users

  • Provide assistance in performing process re-engineering in order to streamline processes and capitalize on best practices

  • Creates and distributes data management reports on regular and ad hoc basis using system tools like, Excel

  • Test new HR technology, functionality, interfaces and security parameters

  • Primary contact for HR systems questions and/or issues with HR, managers and employees

  • Works closely with HR, IT and Payroll to perform periodic data audits to ensure accurate, consistent, and current information including identifying and resolving discrepancies

  • Works with software vendors as assigned to implement and configure new systems, maintain existing systems, manage system upgrades and troubleshoot issues

  • Participates in other cross-functional process improvement projects as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Knowledge and

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of HRIS software and systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Interpersonal and customer service strengths

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects

  • Problem solver, resourceful, demonstrates attention to detail, self-audit and maintains strict confidentiality

  • Demonstrated process mapping skills

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years HRIS data processing background with ad hoc report writing capabilities.

  • Working knowledge HRIS systems preferably ADP's WorkForce Now.

  • Prior experience with applicant tracking, learning management and electronic onboarding systems preferred.

Export Statement:

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities of our HR Business Partner (HRBP) will Include: * Support designated business group by understanding their needs and proactively providing solutions to challenges and preventing challenges. * Lead all exempt and non-exempt recruitment and onboarding activities. * Responsible for HR KPIs and other performance indicators. * Coordinate college campus and community recruiting activities. * Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding initiatives. * Lead employee survey initiatives to ensure participation rates are met and results are improved year over year. * Support performance management, and merit programs. * Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to frontline management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). * Consult management on employee relations issues. * Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. * Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to management and employees. * Manage employee data through HRIS system. * Supports employee questions with benefits questions regarding plan selections and coverage. * Partner with payroll toresolve employee's issues and questions. Required Skills and Experience for our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Include: 1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. 2. 5 - 10 years of human resources experience. 3. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational development, performance management, recruiting, and federal and state employment laws. 4. Strong communication and organizational skills. 5. Must be self-motived with a strong sense of urgency. 6. Ability to handle multiple priorities. 7.
