Robert Half is seeking an HR/Data Analyst for a leading consulting firm that specializes in human capital management. The HR/Data Analyst will work primarily with affirmative action data from a variety of employers and industries.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, analysis of data in Excel, identifying data irregularities, developing tools to assist with compliance and applying principals of affirmative action and equal opportunity employment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys analysis, but is looking to develop their career within the HR field.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with Excel and experience working with data sets (sample sizes up to 10,000 and as many as 50 variables).
