OVERVIEW:

ITG is looking for a detail oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HR Operations team in New York.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:

  • Serve as the point person for the entry, maintenance and ongoing audit of employee data in accordance with semi-monthly payroll schedule

  • Analyze data and streamline reporting deliverables, both on a regular and ad-hoc basis, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all systems

  • Support program maintenance including HRIS, Performance Management System, Online Employee Self Service and Absence Tracking System

  • Manage monthly eligibility/enrollment data processing for key benefit plans and execute status changes in preparation for our semi-monthly payroll and benefit cycles

  • Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries via our HR phone line and email inbox

  • Be a team player support other HR team projects, processes, and systems as needed

  • Maintain operational excellence, drive culture, and support HR best practices

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related discipline

  • Prior HRIS system experience a plus

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt quickly

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Desire to interact with and manage relationships with employees across levels of the organization

  • Discretion and maturity in dealing with confidential data and sensitive situations

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail; strong drive for results

  • Desire to take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion

  • Excellent systems/data analysis skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
