Job Description

Responsibilities

The HR Analyst role will work with Human Resources to help create standard reporting for the Kraft Heinz organization. This individual will:

  • Pull data, integrate data, analyze data and support the ZZB (Zero based Budgeting) programs

  • Streamline reporting processes on turnover, time to fill vacant roles and other HR metrics on a monthly cadence

  • Work closely on other HR generalist assignments to advance the HR strategy for the respective business partners

  • Support submitting and tracking approvals within HR systems

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team with the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding processes

  • Create compensation proposals for new hires and promotions, assessing internal and external peer data

  • Track business groups completion of quarterly appraisal process

  • Own weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

  • 1-2 years of experience in reporting using Excel Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to multi-task and perform in a rapidly growing environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Must-Have Requirements: * Have In-depth knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and should have architected, designed and developed integration solution using OBIA and ODI products. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and 3 years' work experience in an Information Technology department. * Java/JEE, C#, JSON, XML, REST, Distributed System, RDBMS, MVC Frameworks, JavaScript, Angular. * Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability. * Experience of working in the full life cycle of software development and support methodologies. * Able to build business requirements into technical solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * At least 1 years of experience in supporting and maintaining HR Oracle applications in the cloud (HCM Fusion) * Qualities: Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Software Design, Attention to Detail. * Development experience working within UNIX and Windows based environments.
