About the HR ANALYST Position:
Come make a difference with Panera as our HR Analyst! This role is an important part of our Human Resource team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to be responsible for performing Human Resource administrative work as well as providing analysis of various Human Resource programs and initiatives. The position is a liaison between the payroll department and the cafes by managing communication and support.

Creation, analysis and auditing of various types of Human Resource reporting
This is a Part-Time, Monday through Friday position.
Requirements of Position:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Five years of Human Resource experience; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
1-2 years Payroll experience preferred
Strong knowledge of benefits administration
Knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS system
Benchmarking, analysis and compensation experience necessary
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including ability to use formulas, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, graphs and more
Familiarity with SharePoint or Office 365
SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Howley Bread Group
