Provides technical support to the Human Resources Department and department leaders by providing analytical reports to assess organizational effectiveness (such as: trends analysis re: hiring, turnover, performance, compensation) as well as ensuring data integrity, conducting systemic processing audits, system change validations, and report writing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc data and statistical reports on all HR functions with spreadsheets and appropriate graphs for reporting purposes.
Performs data analysis and database design activities in collaboration with HR and IT.
Analyzes data for trends and makes recommendations for HR response.
Responds to departments' requests for ad-hoc reporting, including developing custom reports, as needed and assists HR Team Members with their reporting efforts.
Supervises data entry and management in HRIS and conducts audits to ensure data integrity and processing integrity.
Provides mentorship and training to HR Team Members.
Develops and recommends policies and procedures designed to increase end user accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of systems to Team Members and managers.
Maintains and updates compendium changes, job descriptions, and the Org Chart.
Updates the HRIS on an annual basis with new benefit year information.
Collaborates with Training to develop learning and training modules related to HRIS.
Collaborates and partners with Payroll in data management and personnel records.
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time.
Assists and participates in special events such as town hall meetings, blood drives and open enrollment.
Performs any reasonable request made by management, including but not limited to ushering and ticket processing for CGRC events.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or closely related field. Three years of related experience in Human Resources or Payroll or education/experience equivalent.

Requires industry-relevant experience in HRIS, and experienced as a HR generalist with broad computer technology skills. Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources information systems. Requires effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to coach Team Members and management as it relates to HRIS. Knowledge in Kronos, Infinium,Visio and HR logix software preferred. Must have advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite products and the ability to research and analyze various different types of data information.
