HR Advisor (12-Month Maternity Cover)

What would you do as our HR Advisor
As a HR Advisor you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive human resources support to the organisation. This position involves working closely with management, employees, and other HR professionals to address various HR-related matters. The HR Advisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations issues, and supporting the overall well-being and development of the workforce.
You would also:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns, as well as assisting with Disciplinary and grievances
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making as well as monitoring HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a HR certification e.g. CIPD (desirable)
Has experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and general HR functions.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
