Job Description Summary:

The People Operations/HR Administrator supports the HR department. This position will act as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Job Description:

  • Updating HR documents and staff records.

  • Reviewing company policies

  • Ensuring legal compliance

  • Recording leave requests

  • Filing employment records

  • Creating statistical reports

  • Observing labor laws and employment legislation across the entire company.

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to create reports.

  • Update internal databases (e.g., for employee recording keeping)

  • Prepare HR documents, to ensure compliance.

  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.

  • Participate in HR projects (as needed)

Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED)

  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field preferred.

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.

  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
