SUMMARY
We carry the HR burden so our clients can focus on other needs of their business. The Helpside HR team are experts and help our clients succeed. The HR Admin position contributes to that process by managing various administrative tasks and duties. This entry-level position will provide a great foundation in HR to the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and complete unemployment insurance claims
Manage and complete incoming HR paperwork & mail
Run government employment reports
Conduct & provide market salary surveys to clients
Manage job postings & applicant tracking system
Oversee E-Verify & I-9 process
Manage background check system
Perform other duties as required and assigned

Excel and Microsoft Office competent

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree or current student preferred
1-2 years' experience working in an office setting preferred
