Our company is growing and as we are seeking an HR Administrator who is interested in developing their skills by providing support across the HR Business Partner function. Under the leadership and support of the HR Director and Business Partner team, you will provide day-to-day HR administrative support for employees as well as support key HR processes and practices. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 2-3 years of administrative HR experience who may be looking to grow into an HR Generalist role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Support the HR Business Partner function by maintaining records in coordination with HR Operations team.

  • Prepare documents on behalf of the HR Business Partner team.

  • Work with HR Business Partners to create reports and presentations to support decision-making across the organization.

  • Repond to basic HR inquiries from employees, as needed.

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to administer annual processes, including year-end and mid-year performance management, goal-setting, promotions, compensation, talent review.

  • Provide basic administrative support for the HRBP team: calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, event support, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extremely high attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure highest level of data and process integrity.

  • Fundamental understanding of HR processes and practices to help inform the "why" of inbound requests.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with employees of all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite with emphasis on excel and powerpoint.

  • Experience in a fast-paced organization where prioritization and efficiency were key.

  • High energy level, a driving sense of urgency and a "make it happen/can do" orientation.

  • 2-3 years in an HR support role.

Education and Desired Experience:

  • A sense of humor.

  • Data-entry experience.

  • We are an "all hands on deck" team and need true team players who don't mind pitching in where needed.
