As a member of the North America Service Center, the HR Administrator I is responsible for administration of a subset of HR programs in their focus area. The HR Administrator I aligns very closely with the applicable Center of Excellence team they are supporting.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Administrative tasks for all assigned HR programs (may include various specialized HR areas)

  • Maintains advanced knowledge of all HR plans and program designs

  • Reviews employee data forms and reports, interprets entry requirements and completes complex data entry in HR technology solutions

  • Responsible for creating and updating team process documents and contributing content to knowledge-based tool for HR

  • Assists in creation of mass communications based on assigned HR programs

  • Provide assistance to HR Service Center team members via phone and cases as needed

  • Engages with team members of focus area to continually grow knowledge and receive/provide feedback

  • Supports consistency and applies a continuous improvement framework to program implementation and administration

  • Acts as tier II support for assigned HR programs

  • HR program compliance

  • Participate as a performer on various projects for assigned HR programs

  • Perform routine integration work; including but not limited to launching and troubleshooting of multiple integrations

  • Continues to advance Bemis business knowledge in and outside of HR

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • 2-4 years of Human Resources experience

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Human Resources

  • Program administration experience in large scale manufacturing environment preferred

The HR Business Partner is expected to provide thought leadership and strong execution on broad-based generalist activities. This role will provide direct support to our Global Research and Engineering team and collaborate/support as needed across additional corporate functions teams. Key Accountabilities: * Demonstrate functional / technical proficiency, particularly in the areas of staffing, capability building, compensation, change management, organizational effectiveness, legislative and regulatory compliance. Continue to build knowledge and awareness of best practices and legal compliance in HR Policies/Procedures/ Strategies. * Coach and advise Leaders on team effectiveness, team leadership, talent management, and organization effectiveness so they lead the organization to meet established business targets. * Supports the development and retention of top talent by facilitating the management talent assessment using Kimberly-Clark standard performance management process and build plans to develop and deploy our key talent. * Align and cascade the Kimberly-Clark Human Capital Strategy for the business / function, including workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and change management * Supporting a culture of diversity and inclusion * Provide business and employee perspective and insights to HR Centers of Excellence to influence corporate processes. * Manage the Headcount to targeted levels. Obtain approvals for changing business conditions. Align with recruiting to forecast and secure the key talent we need to lead the business. Skills/ Competencies: * Developed personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted collaborations. * Experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities within business and organization * Ability to work with ambiguity and autonomy * Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills. * Change Management / Influencing QUALIFICATIONS: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * At least 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience with strong HR generalist background and deep knowledge of HR systems and processes. * Experience working in highly matrixed organizations * Demonstrated success leading organizational change and influencing and coaching at the executive level * Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and align HR initiatives to accelerate achievement of strategic business objectives * Strong understanding of industry HR best practices * A track record of success in developing team leaders and teams.
