One year of experience in clerical work, real estate, housing management or tenant relations.
College training will substitute for the required experience on the basis of thirty semester hours for one year of experience.

Participates in overseeing housing units for a housing assistance program.
LEVEL OF WORK:
Direct from a Housing Supervisor or higher level personnel.
LOCATION OF WORK:
Differs from a Housing Specialist 2 by the absence of experienced level housing responsibilities.
