Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate that you have successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree OR you have at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector gathering technical data related to housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management. OR you have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.

GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate that you have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education OR you have have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement OR you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector gathering data; researching and organizing technical data related housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management. OR you have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.

GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate that you have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree OR have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree OR you have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled OR you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying standard technical procedures to evaluate housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management. OR you have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.

GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate that you have have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR you have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree OR you have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled OR you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing the efficiency/effectiveness of housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management. OR you have a combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.

GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector scheduling or planning activities related to housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management.

GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing methods, approaches or procedures related to housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management.

GS-14: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Evaluating the effectiveness of methods, approaches or procedures related to housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management.

GS-15: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing direction related to housing activities such as; maintenance, occupancy, purchasing/procurement activities, or building/property management.

Education

Applicants may substitute education for experience in the following situations:For GS-05 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.

For GS-07 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education OR you have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
