(MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS) Two (2) years of related experience in the areas of planning and/or coordinating housing programs preferred.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree; OR demonstrates ability through prior work experience to be competent in the position.

Explain policies and procedures of the Supportive Housing and Permanent Housing Program.

Interpret qualifying information from person(s)-served and determine eligibility.

Perform technical and administrative duties in support of Housing Programs.

Monitor housing properties for compliance with State requirements and federal regulations. Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives.

Establish schedules and methods for providing affordable housing services, while utilizing policy and procedures.

Other job duties and special projects as assigned.

Exhibits a professional appearance, attitude and demeanor that reflects confidence, positive self-esteem and overall professionalism when working with person(s)-served, co-workers, families and referral sources.

Demonstrates initiative and a "can do" attitude.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of person(s)-served as outlined in the agency and site Policies and Procedure Manual.

Timely completion and submission of credit card transaction envelope.

Staying informed of CARF, DBH and other related policies and standards that impact Family Counseling Center, Inc.

Attendance of scheduled staff meetings and in-service training opportunities.

Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal confidentiality policy and procedures.

Maintain current clinical privileges.

Any licenses or certifications must be kept current any unauthorized lapse in required credentials (as evidenced by the expiration date on the credential) may result in immediate suspension and/or termination.

Written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work with a team to promote site and agency mission.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions that benefit the agency as a whole.

Capable of solving problems and making sound judgments and decisions based on fact rather than emotion.

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-16T00:00 Job purpose The Office Manager is responsible for the on-going office operation in coordination with the Program Director and other Support Staff to ensure support functions are provided to the personnel and the general office functions of the facility. Staff will ensure that the entry of data into the FCC Behavioral Health data system is timely and accurate so billing can be processed. Daily updates in all data and funding concerns will be maintained and dealt with in a timely manner. Qualifications * Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent. * Past Experience in clerical functioning and reception duties; * Proficient use of a computer is needed. Core Job Duties * Communicates any vital information to Program Director for the purpose of continuing to pursue the agency's philosophy and goals. * Ensures that new individuals are admitted to include all paperwork completed and all funding questions and information is obtained and entered. * Ensures that funding and admission records of person(s)-served are maintained in an up-to-date status so to avoid billing issues and concerns and to ensure proper clinical care. * Ensures that all information/records obtained are complete and scanned properly into Electronic Health Record (EHR). * Retrieve updated person(s)-served Information and add to Electronic Health Record (EHR). * Effectively communicates any and all concerns to supervisor/Program Director * Answer Phones, direct calls to appropriate staff, make appointments and take messages for all staff. Use good communication skills in answering calls and projecting a positive image for the agency to the community. * Call and Remind person(s)-served of appointments. * Cross trained in other duties and positions vital to the operation of program/facility. * Keep Program Director informed weekly about CIMOR rejections and any Fund Source 1 issues. * Run EmoMed checks regularly and report to Program Director. * Ensures that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner and reported to appropriate person(s) and/or agencies. * Helping individuals develop skills and resources that foster success. * Ensuring communication and coordination with and between multiple service providers. * Ability to effectively utilize computer systems currently employed by FCC. * Maintain/improve professional competencies through training activities and/or other educational means. * Maintain awareness regarding the agency vision and assist staff in continuing motivation and empowerment. * Participates in clinical staffing of person(s)-served to include attendance of meetings and/or written notes regarding person(s)-served cooperation and participation with program expectations. * Consistently complies with supervisory directives as it applies to enforcement of facility policies and procedures with person(s)-served. * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Listen to others to facilitate an open exchange of ideas and provide for effective communication. * Orally communicate information effectively and accurately. * Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care. * Maintain confidentiality, at all times, within the legal framework.
