About the Role

• Housekeeping Houseperson

The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position.

The hourly wage for this position it $20.00/hour.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Refined verbal communication skills

• Experience and thorough understanding of Housekeeping

• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements

• Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions

• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution

• Communicate with all other departments efficiently and effectively

• Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the Housekeeping Department

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred

• Must possess a professional presentation

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
