Description

To assist in the daily operation of housekeeping including but not limited to: Fulfilling guest and staff requests. Stocking supplies, transporting linen, trash and recycling. Maintaining HSKP golf carts, replacement of light bulbs in rooms. Assist with cleaning of rooms and villages as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to guest and staff requests for supplies.

  • Stock supply closets

  • Transport linen to and from laundry

  • Haul trash and recycling from villages to proper trash/recycle bins

  • Maintain cleanliness of HSKP golf carts

  • Replace light bulbs in guest rooms

  • Flip mattress quarterly

  • Assist Team Leaders with cleaning of villages

  • High dusting of beams in guest rooms

  • Assist Room Attendants stripping and cleaning rooms as needed.

  • Assist with furniture moving and deep cleaning operations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

No prior experience or training necessary.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Disability and Assessment Research Clinic has been in operation since 1994. In that time, the clinic has conducted more than 4,000 comprehensive, integrated psycho/social, neuropsychological, medical and vocational assessments directly related to assisting numerous public, private, state and federal programs in their work with individuals with medical, physical, mental, psychological, neuropsychological and psychiatric disabilities. The Arizona Arthritis Center seeks an energetic psychologist to assume the directorship of the Disability Clinic. This position has the flexibility to be either part-time or full-time. The successful candidate will possess a doctoral degree, preferably with a major in rehabilitation, and five years of experience including some management responsibility, and current licensure… Salary negotiable. The Clinic provides vocational evaluation services; medical record review; and psychological evaluations for agencies; physician referrals; and self-referrals. The director manages the clinic. In this capacity, the director ensures that sufficient staff is available to provide evaluation services. Duties & Responsibilities * Conduct vocational evaluations of severely disabled individuals utilizing state of the art programs/systems. * Conduct cognitive assessments to include the administration of standardized psychological tests. * Review of physical, mental records. * Assist physicians, patients, and attorneys with filing for short term/long term disability and SSDI or SSI benefits. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Ability to create detailed documentation. * Detail oriented. * Ability to work with severely disabled individuals. Minimum Qualifications * Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). * At least 5 years of post-doctoral experience evaluating severely disabled individuals. * Experience administering intelligence and cognitive tests such as Raven, WAIS IV, TABE and DAT. * Experience administering and interpreting several neuropsychological evaluation systems such as Purdue Pegboard, LPCA, and Minnesota Rate of Manipulation. * At least 5 years of experience managing staff.
