Will be required to puch, pull, lift and carry in excess of 25 Ibs.
Must stand, bend and walk for a long period of time.
Maintain good personal hygeiene and appearance. To work independently and be able to handle presire especially on busy days.
Must be able to work at an extremely fast pace and will often find it easier to walk up/down the stairs rather than wait for elevators.
Communication with the Supervisor/Managers through pagers and telephone. Cooperate with all team members as well as helpful & courteous with the guest.
Maintaining a very high quality of cleaning of guestroom corridors and all public areas of the hotel. Proper care of equipmen essential.
Clean corridos, linen rooms, service areas, elevator foyers and furniture. Clean and spot clean carpets in all areas of responsibility and as directed by the Manager or Supervisor.
Deliver clean linens and terry to the services areas on each floor. Delivery of rollaway beds and cribs to apprepriate strorage areas.
Deliver special request items to guestrooms. Collect and dispose of dirty linens and garbage from the service areas according to procdure.
Lost and found property to the Supervisor at once. Maintenance defects and faulty equipment to the Housekeeping Office.
With heavy work such as moving of furniture, turning mattresses, handling drapes, or any other requests from the Management staff to include the Supervisor.
Carry out all tasks as requested by the Management Staff to include Supervisors. Be security conscious and report any unusual activities or suspicious persons to management or security at once.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Pay $14.85 after 90 days it will go $16.25 after a year, $17.21 also offering medical, dental, and vision benefits.
