About the role:

Join our exceptional team at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village as a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant! Be part of our commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences by ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared for a restful night's sleep. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, working in the early evening to create a welcoming space for our guests.

What you will do:

• Receive a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift; Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet; Wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom; Fold any clothing left in room and place it in appropriate spot; Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings; Close drapes, reduces lighting and prepares bed.

• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pens

• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests

• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed

What you bring:

• High school education or equivalent

• Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization
