As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with appropriate articles and amenities in accordance with hotel and franchise standards. Pay
$17.00 - $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Oversee the housekeeping team members and ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
Train and supervise housekeeping team members to certify that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to confirm that all areas of the hotel are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis
Conducts daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Department including the guest rooms and public areas. Records all relevant information on the Housekeeping Inspection Report
Make sure that all safety protocols are adhered to and notify maintenance of any necessary repairs or maintenance work
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Housekeeper
Strong supervisory skills
Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness standards
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods of time
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
