The Housekeeping Supervisor duties include inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual is a plus.

The Housekeeping Supervisor qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Refined verbal and written communication skills;

• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line;

• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills;

• Willing to work all shifts; weekends, overnight and holidays;

• Physically able to do considerable amount of lifting, pushing, stretching and bending, with moderate amount of weight;

Compensation $23.00 - $24.50/ph
