Job Description:

Coordinate the work of six to twelve housekeeping workers and assist in task accomplishment of all housekeeping requirements in all university facilities, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Responsible for the care and handling of housekeeping equipment, supplies and assigned keys.

Minimum Qualifications:

Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, chemical methods and equipment used in an institutional environment. Ability to understand, follow and enforce work instructions and safety practices; demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain a professional working relationship; demonstrate fairness, be decisive and maintain objectivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Housekeeping experience in higher education setting.
