Description

Tybee Vacation Rentals, part of the VTrips family of brands, is seeking a seasonal Runner to join our team for the summer season. The Runner is responsible for supporting other field team members by responding to on-site guest requests, delivering items, and assisting Housekeepers.

Essential Functions:

• Unloads and arranges carts, linen bags, and other materials.

• Responds promptly to spontaneous requests from guests and/or other departments.

• Delivers items to guests, housekeeping staff, and/or maintenance technicians in a timely manner.

• Assists Housekeepers with cleans, touch-ups, and inspections.

• Packs linen bags and caddies.

• Maintains a professional image through appearance and conduct.

• Performs other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to use during the work day.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Open availability to include weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• Sitting

• 5%, Walking/Standing

• 95%. Required to stoop, bend, stretch, twist, and reach. Regularly lift 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Organize and multitask.

• Exposure to and working with household chemicals. Moderate to heavy noise level when equipment is operating.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a seasonal, part time position. The schedule varies based on business needs and includes weekends and holidays.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.
