Maintains overall inventory control by physical/computerized MMIS using approved procedures for accurately processing orders, replenishments, returns, credits and inventory discrepancy resolution. Analyzes and correctly processes customer returns and credits based on policy and appropriateness of return. Works with supplier representatives to monitor consignment inventory (where applicable) Addresses inventory issues with department contact as appropriate Performs cycle counts quarterly along with an annual inventory (or more frequently as required). Assists in special projects that relate to specific inventory location Performs inventory balancing checks on a monthly basis and is responsible for results. Receives and/or processes customer order requisitions/forms to issue stock and create pick tickets if not system generated.# Verifies the accuracy of order keying and disburses pick tickets as appropriate to ensure ability to meet customer order shipments.
