Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award-winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

OVERVIEW:

• Under the supervision of the Director of Housekeeping, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Assistant Housekeeping Managers, the Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for answering all Housekeeping telephone calls and facilitating the operating efficiency of the department. As a point of contact with the guest, the Coordinator plays a vital role in terms of guest perception.

• Directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

• To ensure Four Seasons standards are being achieved in the housekeeping area.

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.

• To assist guests with any requests in a timely and professional manner.

• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

• To comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.

We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. The ideal candidate will have prior Rooms experience in a luxury resort/hotel setting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Coordinator has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
