This position is located at our hospital in Perry, OK.# # Environmental Services is a fancy medical term for the housekeeping/custodial/janitorial department in a hospital setting.#This tech will also be helping in the nutrition department as needed. JOB SUMMARY: The Nutrition Services Assistant performs duties related to meal services.

Major duties are:

providing quality customer service, following standardized recipes for production of food items, operating a cash register, and performing cash/charge related transactions, producing food for room service patients, and using the dish machine to wash dishes.# The assistant may need to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and or director The primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Tech#is to provide a clean, sanitary, and pleasant hospital environment.# Requires working in all areas of the facility, wherever assigned.# Other responsibilities include daily documentation of work assignments and area completed.# Documenting patient care/non-patient care hours worked.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Must be able to read and write and follow oral and written directions Must be able to count money and make change
