The Housekeeper/Cleaner will work out of Meadowbrook Plaza Apartments, our residential community located in Houston, TX!

SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep/cleanliness of the buildings, common areas, apartments, property and grounds in a supportive role under the direction of supervisory personnel.
Execute and sustain the daily upkeep/cleanliness of the property buildings and grounds including cleaning of hallways and common areas; this may also include trash pickup and snow removal if applicable
Clean and prepare vacant units for occupancy
Ensure the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or Richman Property Services, Inc.; report lack of supplies to the Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure the proper care, maintenance and inventory of all ?personal tools required by Richman Property Services
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents through the Incident Report Form
Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Deliver a courteous and efficient response at all times
Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards at all times
Maintain logs and records when applicable
Maintain a safe work environment at all times and report any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
Maintain thorough knowledge of and adherence to Richman Property Services, Inc. policies and property Community Policies, demonstrating and upholding the philosophy that residents are the number one priority by providing exceptional customer service
Complete required tasks such as required training
Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development
Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan

PTO - All employees are eligible to accrue up to 6 days of PTO (paid time off and sick leave).?
VACATION - Employees who regularly work greater than 20 hours per week will earn up to 10 days Vacation time with the potential for 15 days after 3 years with us!
