What to expect as a Housekeeper at Saint Mary Home:

Performs a variety of duties in order to provide a clean and safety environment

to all residents, visitors, and staff following all policies, procedures, and guidelines. This is a per diem (as needed) position

Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Ability to speak and understand the English language in order to make self understood in fact to fact interactions with residents and staff. Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions.

• Three months experience in institutional housekeeping operations, preferred . Good knowledge of water temperatures; laundry detergents and chemicals; linens and fabrics.

• Equipment- Vacuum, Housekeeping Cart, Linen Cart, Mop, Bucket Broom

• Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
