Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life!"- Sunrise Team Member At Sunrise, our Housekeeper is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions in order to create a safe, secure, and inviting environment for residents, families and team members while meeting and exceeding Sunrise quality service standards. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

- Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards- Responsible for collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry
  • Assists Care Managers and Department Coordinators with resident care when requested

  • Partners with community team to ensure community is in compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies; adherence to safety rules and regulations- Practices safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and Lockout Tagout procedures- Team members may be exposed to blood and or body fluids with potential exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases- Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals

- High School diploma / GED preferred- Able to provide housekeeping and laundry services in a resident centered environment, which meet or exceed Sunrise's quality standards

  • Desire to work with seniors- Ability to handle multiple priorities- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication- Competent in organizational, time management skills- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all community procedures and guidelines and having the ability to follow through on assigned tasks, and demonstrates initiative- Ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions- As applicable, all Sunrise team members who drive a Sunrise vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance

Dynamometer Technician Position Summary/ Primary Purpose * Dynamometer Technician to provide assistance in installation, operation of specialized engines. * Maintenance and crack testing of dyno components. * Dynamometer Technician will be responsible for Installation and removal of engines on dynamometers for development, performance and durability testing, this includes mounting, instrumentation and necessary fabrication. * Dynamometer Technician will work directly with engineering to run the desired tests and generate the required data. Responsible for testing during all mechanical work on the engine, such as engine test part changes. * Dynamometer Technician will be responsible in having a complete knowledge of testing equipment, for both operation and maintenance. * Crack testing of dyno components using non-destructive methods. * Utilize AVL dynamometer testing equipment and PUMA operating software, the ability to develop and write tests using the "OPEN" platform. * Dynamometer Technician will analyses test data and maintain clear and concise records. * Test cell equipment maintenance and calibration for ISO compliance. * Maintenance of dyno facilities and equipment. Knowledge * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 3 years' experience in an engine dynamometer environment. * Light machining and fabrication skills are beneficial for set up and maintenance. * Good Housekeeping and strong commitment to safety. * Proficient with AVL PUMA operating systems and Indicom combustion analysis. * Strong computer skills MS Office etc. Demonstrated Physical Abilities/Work Environment * Dynamometer Technician must frequently lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand. Dynamometer Technician is frequently required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel objects, use tools or controls and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel, crouch, crawl an talk or hear. * This position is very technical, diverse and challenging, and requires an individual that is open to learning new practices and works well in a team atmosphere.
