Location: Malvern, PA
Job Title: Housekeeper
Work Hours: 9AM-5PM. Monday - Friday
Position Compensation:

• Salary: $35-40/hr.

About The Family: They are a family of two seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeper to maintain their home in Malvern, PA. Their home is 8,000 square feet across two floors and a finished basement, with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a six-car garage, and sits on 15 acres of land. Additionally, there is a secondary house on the property, approximately 5,000 square feet, which requires weekly cleaning.

Position Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties including vacuuming carpets, cleaning marble and wood floors, ensuring all surfaces are dust-free and spotless, polishing brass and silver, and cleaning windows.
• Running laundry at least twice per week, including bed linens once per week.
• Following a detailed Daily Graces program of duties set by the Household Manager.
• Cleaning the secondary house on the property once per week (or twice per week depending on activity).

• Non-smoker with good health habits and consideration for others' well-being.

Position Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping.
• Minimum of 2 references.
• Must pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire.

Requested Duration: Long term preferred.
