Overview: A prominent family based in Sagaponack, New York, is seeking multiple experienced Housekeepers to join their team. With homes across the country, the family requires consistent, discreet, and detail-oriented individuals to maintain this particular property. The primary responsibilities include housekeeping duties for two neighboring homes situated on a spacious property spanning a few acres.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the homes.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing towels and beddings.
• Ensure that all areas of the homes are kept tidy and presentable, paying special attention to guest areas.
• Assist with serving during events or gatherings.
• Provide discreet and professional service while respecting the privacy of the family and their guests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
• Attend to the needs of the family's four dogs, including feeding, walking, and general care as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and seasonal demands.
• Respect for the confidentiality and privacy of the family and their guests.
• Comfortable working around pets, including dogs.

Schedule and Compensation:

• 16 hours per week during the off-season, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
• 24-30 hours per week during the summer months, with increased responsibilities due to frequent guests and larger family gatherings.
• Hourly rate of $40 per hour.
• Start date by May 24th, with the opportunity for continued employment based on performance and mutual agreement.
