The House Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and Supervision of the nursing care provided by the nursing staff and serves as the facility representative after-hours, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Nursing. This position is considered mandatory, which means that employees are required to report to work during adverse weather and emergency conditions.

Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
Knowledge and skills in the application of the nursing process and development of the resident care plan.
Knowledge of principles and practices of professional nursing.
Considerable knowledge of medications, proper dosage, effects, and contraindications.
Ability to organize and present materials to staff
Ability to understand, interpret, and relate oral and written communication.
Leadership abilities

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and two years of nursing experience.

Qualified applicants must be selected from the candidate pool of this posting and meet the State policy following requirements:
