House Supervisor RN: Full Time Nights

Practice the true profession of critical care nursing, and lead the nursing staff as a House Supervisor. Further develop your leadership skills, get involved with financial, scheduling, staff and patient management responsibilities while remaining hands on as critical care nurse. Select Specialty and Regency Hospitals care for patients who are critically ill and need extended acute hospitalization for their recovery. We are currently seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities

As the House Supervisor, you will report directly to the Chief Nursing Office and ensure the administration of quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the nursing staff for your assigned shift to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.

  • Effectively manages resources during assigned shift

  • Works cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations

Qualifications

Other requirements of the Licensed House Supervisor role include:

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse

  • 5 years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience

  • Current BLS and ACLS
