House Supervisor [Nursing]

SUMMARY: Responsible for implementing and coordinating the staffing operations of the Department of Nursing on an assigned shift.# Determines the allocation of resources to ensure delivery of professional nursing services, department of nursing wide, which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs for each individual patient/family.# Required Education/Training:

ADN Required Experience: Minimum two (2) years clinical nursing experience Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS; ACLS Preferred Education/Training:

BSN Preferred Experience: Nursing management experience; critical care nursing experience Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Medical/Surgical (RNC); Critical Care (CCRN); Emergency (CEN); Medical Surgical (CMSRN); TNCC; ENPC
