CASA Hostos: House Manager/Recovery Coach FT 1st Shift

General Description:

Under the direct supervision of the Program Director, the House Manager/Recovery Coach will support and manage the activities of the residents while maintaining the security, safety and order of the CASA facility, property and community. He/she will act as a role model and strategically use one's own story to enhance the recovery resolve of others. He/she will develop and facilitate the implementation and ongoing development of individual and group recovery support services.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalency.

• Some familiarity with disease of alcoholism.

• Two years of work experience in a setting that has required adept interpersonal skills.

• Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.

• Willingness to continue personal and professional growth

• Lived Experience

• Recovery Coach Certification

• Bilingual English-Spanish

• Must have a driver's license and motor vehicle.
