We are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor for a diverse and unique community of guests living in a brand new community in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood in St. Paul, MN. Greco Properties is looking for a professional person who is outgoing, vibrant, engaging, hardworking, efficient, and who is very detail oriented to join our team. Micro managers, we are not. Therefore, we seek a self-starter who is responsive, engaged, and accountable as well as highly organized.

The Guest Experience Supervisor will be the face of the property for all of our guests. They will oversee a variety of tasks to ensure the highest level of customer service in all guest relations, including but not limited to coordinating the details of the turnover process and promoting a strong sense of Community.

Minimum Responsibilities

The essential function is to assist the General Manager in ensuring all Guests are 100% satisfied from before they move in to the day they move out by consistently delivering enthusiastic and gracious service.

  • Organize on and off-site social events

  • Support Sales and Leasing

  • Maintain responsive and courteous communication with the residents, applicants, co-workers and vendors.

  • Manage all the day to day administration and organizational duties and tasks as assigned

  • Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels

  • Respond and take action to resolve any issue impacting the regular day to day operations

  • Manage in-unit Housekeeping services

  • Contribute innovative ideas to the team for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction

  • Post relevant content on Social Media

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional, team player, dependable, outgoing, engaging with a positive attitude

  • Highly effective communicator

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detailed, organized and innovative

  • 3 years of related experience in a professional office and/or hospitality environment

  • Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required

VIEW JOBS 10/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-16T00:00 Position Summary: The Workforce Development Manager for the Work Incentives Connection oversees a state-wide benefits planning, assistance and outreach program. The Work Incentives Connection is Minnesota's only Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) project through a cooperative agreement with the Social Security Administration to help individuals with disabilities understand how their Social Security and other public benefits are affected by working. The Work Incentives Connection manager supervises the day to day operations of the program, provides supervision to a team of experienced certified Community Work Incentive Coordinators located throughout the state, manages a detailed work product with specific quality assurance and data practices, provides outreach on benefits planning and maintains relationships with key funders, local Social Security Administration offices and most of the state's disability organizations. The Work Incentives Connection manager oversees a federal grant and a VRS fee-for-service agreement as part of the budgetary responsibilities. The Work Incentives Connection Manager must have knowledge mastery in employment issues for individuals with disabilities and federal WIOA and WIPA programs. The position requires precise attention to detail with regard to the interactivity of complex rule-based systems such as publicly funded programs, the tax code, and employer-based insurance coverage. The Work Incentive Connection manager must obtain certification as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator by Virginia Commonwealth University, must pass a Level 5 Homeland Security clearance, and must be able to travel around the state to provide supervision of remote staff, service delivery and outreach as needed. About You: Required Knowledge & Skills: * Precise attention to detail with regard to the interactivity of complex rule-based systems such as publicly funded programs, the tax code, and employer-based insurance coverage * Demonstrated knowledge of management, supervision and training practices. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of social service systems and supports: WIOA, school systems, MFIP, MA, SNAP, SSI, SSDI, Housing Supports, and other related systems and supports. * Familiarity with grant process, nonprofit funding sources and what quality services and programs look like for people with disabilities and disadvantages. * Ability to manage training and mentoring of staff. * Experience with financial management. * Desire and ability to effect change. * Ability to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes. * Effective organizational skills. Prior Experience & Education: * 3-5 Years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
