  • Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your area

  • Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action

VIEW JOBS 6/29/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-09-27T00:00 <p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Supervises warehouse personnel involved in the receiving/loading of various products into the plant, while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>The following reflects management&rsquo;s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.</li><li>Supervises all shipping, receiving, and packing activities performed by plant staff.</li><li>Coordinate with team leader in attainting the efficiency of the daily production schedule. Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area</li><li>Review and submit daily production report on time.</li><li>Report to management relevant activities happening during the shift.</li><li>Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.</li><li>Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes all orders to be picked and/or shipping during shift.</li><li>Report equipment maintenance in breakdown situations.</li><li>Coordinates with the production control manager to manage personnel issues including but not limited to vacation approvals, time card approval, daily and weekly overtime, and training.</li><li>Performs required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence.
