BURGER KING wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking experienced HOURLY MANAGERS for our restaurants in central Illinois.
The BURGER KING HOURLY MANAGER is responsible for leading and motivating the restaurant team in a Burger King restaurant to achieve the high levels of customer service satisfaction. The Hourly Manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly service and great food in a clean and inviting environment. In addition, she/he manages all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience.
Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service and ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
Supervises Crew Members in the preparation of menu items, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities ensure compliance with Company standards.
Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine use versus sold
Assists store manager in training and enforcing policies and procedures regarding food safety, appearance, customer service, suggested selling techniques and sanitation are followed.
One year of management experience, preferably from a restaurant or retail environment
The ability to train, guide and lead Crew Members
The ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
The ability to work flexible hours
The ability to work well under pressure
Good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
A high school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
