A Hotel Turndown Attendant is responsible for turning down beds, placing complimentary items, sets lights, and performs all other turn-down functions to ensure an inviting and restful environment for our Lodge guests.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• A Hotel Turndown Attendant has the ability to follow all procedures and guidelines for a thorough room cleaning.

• Efficient note taking skills on guest preferences. These preferences are reported to the Housekeeper Supervisor.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Prior cleaning experience required.

• Must have prior guest contact experience.

• Must be able to use a Smartphone
