Hotel Night Auditor

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a full-time Night Auditor.

Job Description: The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.

Essential Functions:

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.

• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Perform security checks throughout the hotel.

• Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.

Experience:

Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)

Night Audit experience: 1 year (Preferred)
