The new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville has an exciting opportunity for a talented Hotel Manager to join our planning committee team.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Hotel Manager to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!

This is a key senior leadership position that reports directly to the General Manager. Together and in partnership, they lead the Nashville team making strategic and operational decisions that positively influence our guest and employee experience.

The Nashville property is part of a shared services collection which includes the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. While this position is not a shared services role, the ability to embrace and collaborate, while aligning efficiencies with both hotels is essential.

This hotel also has a residential component. Prior experience in a mixed-use residential hotel is preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics and experience:

  • High energy, personality, and presence

  • Think like an entrepreneur, embracing the shared service model

  • Adapt to local culture and expectations, immerses in the community

  • Background in Rooms Operations is preferred as well as 1-2 years prior experience in a similar role

  • Pre-opening or renovation / project management experience is preferred

  • Residential experience is beneficial as the ability to create meaningful connections with residents is essential

Product

  • The Hotel Manager must lead by being involved in the daily operations of the Hotel, enjoy spending time with the team and guests on the floor and ensuring a guest experience that represents Four Seasons

  • Ensure Best in Class Luxury Product with a relentless eye for product and service detail

  • Attention to Detail & Style Component is key, as is innovation, creativity & maintaining the product

  • Thoughtful in creating strategy to position and maintain a new, luxury entrant in the market

  • Support and align team on project management to deliver new building and service product

  • Ability to successfully implement and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable change and improvement

Profit

  • Partners with General Manager as a proactive influencer of business direction; ability to establish and communicate clear vision and strategy

  • Position and establish the Hotel as the leader in a newly created and growing luxury market

  • Balance product quality with tight cost management and deliver on profitability

  • Ability to drive a culture of focus on top-line revenues and profitability

  • The ability to react and adjust to changing business environment and lead the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the business

  • Ensure the shared service model is efficient and profitable

About Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville

Nashville, a city of rich culture & home to Southern hospitality. Superb residences set high above the downtown buzz with far-reaching views of the Cumberland River and city skyline. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views. The hotel will feature 19,200 sq ft of meeting space, a Mediterranean restaurant, a luxury spa and an outdoor pool deck.
