ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides overall leadership to Hotel Operations Department.
Controls daily revenue to optimize financial potential
Sets the appropriate standards to maintain customer expectations
Directly manages approximately 70 80 employees in the Front Desk / Valet & Bells / Porters / Pool operations.
Carries out managerial responsibilities and etiquette in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Minimum 5 years Hotel Operations Management Experience.
