In the Event Set-Up department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events, meetings, and conferences held at our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and arranging meeting rooms, ballrooms, and event spaces according to detailed specifications.

  • Safely lifting, moving, and arranging furniture, and other materials, with an ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Collaborating with the event planning team to ensure set up of all events are completed on time.

  • Assisting guests and clients with their specific setup requests, providing outstanding customer service.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
