Folio Department Supervisor

What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Folio Department Supervisor. This position falls under our Lodging line of business in ALE Solutions and is located in St. Charles, IL. The Folio Department Supervisor will report to the Director. The Folio Department Supervisor will be responsible for utilizing the resources provided for the folio reconciliation team to maintain a minimum 96% accuracy and to achieve production goals while assisting the Folio Department Manager.

As a Folio Department Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Conducting analysis of team productivity, forecasting, aging, and financial data.

  • Reporting analysis results to Manager.

  • Developing Team Leads and employees.

  • Implementing new processes.

  • Processing high priority customer requests with expediency.

  • Handling escalated folio issues with hotels.

  • Developing and maintain relationships with hotel contacts to obtain folios.

  • Overseeing successful training program implementation.

  • Approving timesheets.

  • Approving employee leave requests.

  • Assisting the manager in interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions within the team.

  • Assisting the manager with annual reviews.

  • Managing the employee leave time calendar.

  • Assisting with Holiday scheduling.

  • Assisting the manager in collaborating in hotel meetings as needed.

  • Assisting with the execution of their responsibilities in the Manager's absence.

  • Additional duties as determined by evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • ACT program experience a plus.

  • Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.

  • Exhibits strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and sound judgement.

  • Ability to mentor and supervise staff.

  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external people in the course of work.

  • Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Three plus years of related job experience preferred.

  • Minimum of one-three years of leadership experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting at a desk for the majority of your work shift, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.
